Message	Nicely done. Now put it somewhere where he cant easily come take it because he has just as every legal right to come take it back just as you did going to take it back. What a sad circle but sadly since he didnt give two cents about you, there are no reasons for you to care how he feels. People on here were talking about dont steal it back, its not stealing when you OWN it legally on paper. Or people on here were talking about go get a lawyer or file a civil lawsuit, thats all baloney and not necessary. I was right about going to just take it back, let him spend the money and waste it trying to get a lawyer on his behalf or file a civil lawsuit. Now good luck convincing him to sign the title so you can get his name off the title. GET HIS NAME OFF THE TITLE. Once thats done, no need to worry him coming to take the engine, because thats theft then. Heck you can even just sell the engine if you really wanted to and just keep the money!! You just cant sell the car itself because his names on the title.
